A bold website that’s not afraid to be different for this Weston-Super-Mare based print finishing solutions team
With an old site compromising solely of links to download pdf’s about their product, Total Print Finishing Solutions knew they needed a website update.
We designed and built a new site for Total PFS that would allow them to show with great detail about the excellent products they supply and the brilliant work they do.
Clive and Ben had a unique problem: although their original site was bringing in work, it was the wrong kind: they needed to express themselves as print suppliers and explain the services they offered. They wanted something that would stand out from the crowd and avoid current web design clichés but also wanted to retain some of the feel of the original version. So, using a handful of the colour schemes and logo elements from the old site, and a desire to give every item its own identity, we created a friendly, dynamic, loud-and-proud database powered site to let Total PFS’s products shine.
In addition to the ‘main’ site, the latest offers and news sections has a feel all of their own, taking cues from the overall design but injecting it with a little bit of design pop to help promote Total PFS’s latest deals.
After we completed the basic design and front end coding, we added a sprinkling of jQuery magic to the whole thing with a sliding banner on the sites home page to further promo offers and then finally optimised all of CSS to ensure load speeds were at their peak performance.
