Owens Cricket logo design is an evolution of their existing logo with added interest. Whilst keeping the intertwined initials we also added a cricket bat shape in to the negative space of the letter “C”. Whilst not massively obvious it’s an interesting link to the core business and for those that spot it, it creates a memorable experience. The logo takes hero spot on their cricket bats, pads, gloves and kit bags.
As with all our logo design projects we follow the logo design processes of exploration – where ask the client questions to get to the core of what they want to achieve, ideas – when we get our heads down and start the creative process, further development – when feedback is received and we move the design on to great things… until final approval is achieved.
